Region: Napa Valley, California
Winery: Graeser Winery
Variety: Merlot
Color: dark garnet, with purple edges
Nose: Red fruit on top of depths of black fruit, balanced nicely with the smoke of oak and tad of mint.
Palate: Beautiful fruit, yet with a nice round tannic backbone that has good, food-centric acidity. Finishes with some of the framing oak. Another winner from Mr. Graeser.
