Color: Dark garnet with ruby edges

Nose: Still yet to be integrated smoky oak, then the bright red fruit comes in with dust on its wings, followed by blackberry and some fresh tobacco.

Palate: Rich and silky, but still restrained, this has the makings of an ager with it's complex fruit and proper characteristics of cassis and, mixed with round but firm tannins and toast that shows that it is still coming together in the bottle. I can't wait to taste this in a few years!
