4 ha planted on south-facing slopes of carboniferous soil around Beaulieu sur Layon. Two selective hand pickings of golden yellow grapes without botrytis. Fermentation and one year's maturation in 1 to 5 year-old barrels. 25 000 bottles. Very fruity wine to be enjoyed as an aperitif, with starters or more exotic dishes.
