Color: light yellow, like a sauv blanc. Large bead.
Nose: Sweetie nose of candied ludens and christmas candy, marzipan.
Palate: Semisweet with decent acidity, but not enough to combat the sweetness and end crisply. Sweet almond and marzipan on the finish, too. More of a dessert wine, I'd say.
Interesting that they can still call themselves "Champagne," especially since they don't even use that method...
