Color: light golden, very fine bead.
Nose: yeasty creamy.gamey nose, truffly, with canned peach.
Palate: whoa, creamy and toasty luscious monster. Apple crisp with caramel finish, but not sweet, bigger backbone and some minerality even roasted meaty. Very very good!
