    Color: light burgundy

Nose: Red cherry, then some red fruit underneath, hint black pepper and 5 spice.

Palate: a lot of that pepper, tart cherry and cranberry, light tannin and light body, *pepper*! Would be interesting with cajun catfish, but kinda daring.

    Color: light garnet

Nose: Sweeter cherry, raspberry, cranberry and great bright cola

Palate: Less oak, great bright acidity forward red fruit and some dusty cherries and tannin finishing with some mellow black pepper and some sweet cranberry. Medium body.
