Our 2003 Cabernet Franc’s color is a very deep red to
black hue. This wines fills the nose with aromas of black
cherry and blackberries draped in vanilla bean and
caramel sauce. Mild blueberry scents lead you into spicy
peppery notes with hints of dried herbs. Our 2003
Cabernet Franc has full and structured tannins, a rich, full
and silky smooth body, with flavors of black cherry,
blueberry, vanilla and toast. The finish is finely balanced
by a moderate acidity bringing the caramel covered berries
alive.
