Dry, red with subtle hints of oak and cherry. Needs at least 30 minutes to fully open up, and would be best served in a decanter to allow for the fullness of the wine to emerge. Goes great with red meat.

Also, this wine has a nice buttery beginning to it, and blends nicely with a finish of the dominant oak and cherry flavors of the wine.
