Color: Garnet, with some purple
Nose: Good, with blueberry and blackberry and even some oak (staves?).
Palate: Varietally correct, with that dark fruit from the nose and medium round tannnins. Full-bodied. It's not bad at all and gets a 3 for the crazy good value for which this label can be known.
