Color: Palest yellow
Nose: More floral than the Sauv Blanc, this still has good tropical, white and citrus fruit on the nose. Some mineral and floral.
Palate: Steely, mineral, with good acidity, this still has that soft mouthfeel that adds great complexity...more than I'd expect from a Chenin. Yet it still finishes refreshingly crisp. Good stuff!
