A big, hairy-chested red. Very tannic, very fruity. Dark-fruity, for lack of a better explanation. You'll taste blackberry, you'll taste a cherry that's almost jam-rich, in addition to stone, and a scent of cassis. Tasted it after the recommended decade of cellaring. Backward finish.
