Color: Dark garnet, with some burnt sienna highlights

Nose: Great dark fruit, but with that top-end of cherry that I always like. Has a certain earthiness, as well, wet soil

Palate: I cannot believe that they re-released this good of a wine at the same price as the original release. What a steal. Get to Rocca in Napa as soon as possible, as there's only a few cases left! Great balance of fruit and the tannins are all incredibly smooth at this point. Acidity is quite good and that finish of cherry, raspberry and cocoa is wonderful. What a steal, they look to get rid of all of this super-second label of theirs in the past.
