currently drinking, as of right now. the most beautiful color of gold with an exploding upward moving waterfall of very very tiny bubbles! Aromas of white peony, the obvious yeast as should be..almonds and maybe even a white truffle...this is a very earthy champagne! love it! all Pinot. Very satiny on the tongue, reminds me of marzipan, both sweet and bitter, very dry.a bit of peachiness too. oh and that sense of biting into warm freshly baked bread.
