    Color: Medium bead, golden

Nose: Slightly pruney, perhaps a year too late, but still fruity and good cream.

Palate: Continues the nose, good trpical fruit and a bit steely, with decent acidity, but still that undercurrent of prunes. Pretty good.

hmm..okay stranger ... since this is a nv, how do we know which nv and discorged date you are tasting? Ha..I can't believe I ran across one of yur reviews. tee hee - the one I have doesn't have any prunes on it at all. Yeasty yes, stone fruit yes, but I could have a different nv than you. Still a great Blanc de Blanc for the price!

    Color: Golden straw, medium bead

    Nose: Yeast and baked apple

Palate: Seems a little too baked, but good yeastiness on this meatier version of a bubbly.

    Domaine NV
    Region: Cremant de Limoux, France
    Winery: Domaine J.
    Variety: Chenin Blanc

    Color: Lighter straw, medium bead

Nose: Creaminess and yeastiness, but good focused minerality and some green and yellow apple.

Palate: Decent mousse, good light-medium body with the same flavors as aromas in nose.
