Nose: Gamey, meaty nose goes into blackberry and blueberry with an undercurrent of some toast.

Palate: That gaminess stays on the palate and adds some dust of tannins, followed by that dark and blue fruit. The mouthfeel is quite creamy smooth. The finish touches with a bit of cedar.

Palate: Tons of that soap, black and blue fruit, big tannin and good acidity, game.
