Aged for 12 months in French oak, this impressively structured, classic Barossa shiraz exhibits delicious dark fruit and chocolate aromas with hints of mixed spice. The fruit's intensity and depth is brought into balance by firm tannins and beautifully integrated oak. Makes for excellent drinking now especially when paired with braised lamb shanks or richly flavoured casseroles. It can be cellared up to 10 years.
