Nose: Great citrus, but not overly tart, with some lighter tropical fruits. Totally refreshing.
Palate: Holy crap, what a deal! This is the perfect combo between a NorCal and a New Zealand Sauv Blanc. That great fruit on the nose is not complicated by dull oak flavors or vanilla. This is pure refreshing wine...now I just have to wait to open it until next summer!
