Rock & Vine Three Ranches North Coast Cabernet Sauvignon 2005

Color: garnet

Nose: Redolent of mouthwatering fruit, but still not quite a jammy fruit bomb. Lots of red cherry, smoky oak and dark fruit.

Palate: Can't find *anything* on the web about this wine! According to Moresi's Chophouse this is a sub-label of Regusci Vineyards, one of my personal favorite wineries, but I just can't find out for sure. Same tastes as the nose, an incredible value, I think this was only 10 dollars or so per glass, meaning the bottle retails (if you can find it) for prbably about 10-12 dollars a bottle. Crazy good value!

mcurran: I'm having that same difficulty, myself! I can't find this online, *anywhere*! I'll ask my friends dad, the one who owns the chophouse where we had the wine and post it here.

This wine is not available at retail, it is a restaurant only wine. It is made by Nine North Winery, and is an incredible value. Jim Regusci is one of the partners in this winery, and it shows in the finished product. If you are looking for something similar at retail, try the Twenty Bench Cabernet, also from Nine North Winery.

It may not be widely available, but we found this wine last weekend at Habersham Beverage in Savannah, Georgia. I think it was $12, and it was extremely good at that price.

OK, I spoke with Dom Moresi who manages the restaurant and he said that it is only supposed to be available to restaurants. Sorry to disappoint...but congrats to savannahwine!
