Snosrap Arroyo Seco Cyrano Red Wine 2005
Region: Arroyo Seco, California
Winery: Snosrap
Variety: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah
Color: deep garnet, with some purple
Nose: Big lush fruit, comes at you with red and black fruit but still seems balanced.
Palate: What a great drinking wine. That fruit is big on the palate, too, but the structure of the usual great acidity and tannins holds its own. Yum.
