The grapes are from the newer vines up into the Arroyo Seco Canyon, just north of the Arroyo Seco River. French oak with micro oxygenation. You'll get blackberries, cherry cola, smoky aroma, deep ruby color, with a clean finish. Another well balanced wine, from start to finish. This will pair well with ribs, chicken, pizzas, cheeses and fruits, bar-b-ques, milk chocolates, and wild mushrooms.
You can also drink it by itself. Cheers!
