Color: Opaque red/black

Nose: Dusty, with some darker fruit and cherry from the Cab, but you also get a little toast and some red fruit from the Sangio.

Palate: What a nice wine! Full-bodied and powerful, yet keeps a balance and is able to still seem very refined. More of that blend of black and red fruit with a nice cherry top. The acidity is very nice and would make this an outstanding food wine once it melds a little more in the bottle after 2-3 years. I loved it.
