This Honjozo Genshu is a very special, limited production, seasonal saké. Crafted from the earliest harvest rice it is brewed with extra care and bottled at cask strength to retain full flavor and character when shared with friends celebrating the following harvest. It is cask strength, full-bodied and offers incredible lush and deep flavors that make it a highly sought-after drink. Available only a few months of the year, this is one to stock up on to be sure you can offer this rare nectar on special occasions.
