Modus Operandi Cellars Napa Valley Vicarious 2005
Region: Napa Valley
Winery: Modus Operandi Cellars
Variety: Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Verdot, Merlot
Color: dark ruby
Nose: Young, yet still coming out nicely with aromas of balanced oak/vanilla and dark fruit. A tough of red cherry.
Palate: Beautifully balanced, this is an elegant meritage. The full body just glides onto your palate with more of that black fruit and great acidity. This wine would work great with food. The long finish is helped along by round tannins that still have some of their young grip.
