Our Riesling grapes are picked at the first sign of ripeness, when the grape sugars are balanced by a crisp acidity, and the fruit flavors are delicate and true to a Germanic style. The aromas are of white peach, tropical fruit and floral with a clean, crisp and refreshing finish. the flavor especially complements sweet salads like Chinese Chicken Salad, Curried Chicken Salad with almonds and raisins, salty foods like glazed ham, fried chicken, and a variety of picnic fair.
