A rarity for Mayo Family Winery, this wine is blend of three varieties from three different Sonoma County vineyards. However, we are quite familiar with each planting. The Cabernet Sauvignon comes from the Ash Creek Vineyard in Alexander Valley. The Merlot is from the Serres Vineyard located not far from our own winemaking facility here in Sonoma Valley. The Cabernet Franc comes from the Los Chamizal Vineyard, an old planting that has served our Cabernet and Cabernet Franc program well for a number of years.
