After two years in oak and a year of bottle aging our 2003 Napa Cabernet Sauvignon is ready for release. The 2003 Cabernet is our second 100% Cabernet and is one we are very proud of. 70% of the grapes came from the valley floor Rutherford Del Bondio vineyard. 30% came from the Moore vineyard in the eastern Napa Valley hills. It's concentrated, chewy and with unmistakable raspberry and Rutherford dust. This wine is well balanced (sort of a signature for us) with a tannic structure to make this one quite ageworthy. And a finish measured in geologic time! Isn't that a great way to put it? This is a beautiful Cabernet Sauvignon.Only 870 cases produced.
