The 2003 vintage wines from Howell Mountain strike a great balance of structure, richness and finesse. Our 2003 Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon shows all of these characteristics: with plenty of bright blackberry and raspberry fruit and lovely spiciness on the nose. The smooth tannins and medium body give the wine richness and structure. On the palate, flavors of blackberry, black pepper and wild mushrooms add to the wine's complexity and finesse.
