Nose: Whew, a big one! Ultra-ripe black fruit, but also has some big anise and spiciness with big oak.
Palate: The monster has all of that fruit from the nose, but also a good amount tannin and acidity allow this to maybe age and coalesce more with time. Right now its definitely a drinkable, great representation of the best of the Aussie Shiraz style Syrah.
