Conundrum 2005

A truly puzzling wine -- the nose smells of black licorice and good 'n plenty. Your first sip is somewhat syrupy sweet with nice tropical fruits and the taste on the finish is very spicy and lingering.

The main varietal you would guess from the flavors (Sauvignon Blanc) is a puzzle because the wine is a very dark golden color.
