I had this wine at a restaurant in Stamford Ct. (Emme of Capri) and it was light but full bodied with a smooth finish. I highly recommend it!

89 Points, Wine Spectator - The 2003 Zaccagnini Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Tralcetto Riserva is a big and juicy wine consisting of very ripe and plummy fruit. It's full bodied and chewy, with lovely soft, round tannins. A seriously long finish helps it pair with hearty Italian meals. From the same vineyard that brought you the 94 point Wine Spectator Montepulciano in 1997, the highest ever scoring montepulciano to this day.
