Tiny bubbles, as you would expect from a fine sparkler. An excellent Prosecco. We sipped as an aperitif, while enjoying an excellent view of the ocean.

Color: Robust mousse, with small bead.

Nose: Very light aromas of lemon zest and slight tropical and nutty notes.

Palate: Very light as well with a good physical description of effervescence with the lught lemon form the nose a refreshing crispness.
