Winemaking: Very ripe grapes were hand harvested, destemmed and crushed into the press. The grapes were left on skins for 4 hours and then lightly pressed to Stainless steel tanks for fermentation.

Bouquet: Rose petals with tropical flavours of lychee fruit, fresh mangoes and pineapple.

Palate: Fruit salad intensity, viscous mouthfeel and long rich finish.(0)

Dryness, tropical still alcohol induced sweetness with obvious drynotes lacking in sugar, pleasantly aromatic and easily drinkable...even at 14.5%alc.
Not to be paired with spicey food.
