Nose: Cassis, blackberry w/ bittersweet chocolate and black fruit.

Palate: Conc palate of layered sweet tasty oak w/ round, lingering tannins.

Color: Garnet core, browning ruby edges

Nose: Great dust, anise, cassis and wild blackberry with earthy loam and a bit of dried leather.

Palate: Silky, but still big, with good acid and earthy black fruit of cassis. Slight menthol and outstanding balance. Extremely good drinking, right now.
