Variety: Chardonnay
Very light and refreshing chardonnay - especially for having spent 12 months in french oak. It's a bit acidic and would benefit from a few years of aging.
The wine is a little sweet and would pair nicely with a spicy meal or with a dessert tray of fruits and chocolates.
