Cute concept (the screcap is the "tin roof"). We had a glass of this and then let is sit in the fridge for about 4 days. I thought the wine was very excellent after 4 days in the fridge.

It's cheap enough that I wouldn't mind trying it again to get a better handle on this wine.

I agree -- but I was misled by the "Tin Roof" name and diagram on the back. I thought that after I removed the screwcap, there would be an extra layer of seal there. Nope! I'm so silly!

The wine was a very inexpensive Sauvignon Blanc, but I would probably steer clear of it in the future. I have found many other Sauvignon Blancs from Australia and New Zealand that have more bite and are more memorable than this one from California. Even though my favorites are in the $10 to $13 range, which is double the price of this selection, I feel that it is worth the extra money. Hey, I'm the Co-Founder of WineLog, so I must have the big bucks, right (Ha, ha)!
