A VERY ENJOYABLE CABERNET. Nothing like the traditional oak-monster California Cabs - the flavors in this wine are yeast, dark red fruit, and subtle oak. Let it breathe a bit (30 minutes) and make sure it's a bit cooler than room temperature, particularly on a humid/hot day in the summer.
