High acidity and high alcohol (14.5%) rather prevent from getting a lot of secondary flavors (some grassy hints?), so this is not a terribly interesting wine. The serving temperature is 16C; at anything lower than that, it is just biting; at anything greater than that, it is just too strong in evaporating alcohol content. I am not a dry white lover, though, so I may not be able to fully appreciate it.

I bought this not knowing what the varietal was. Tasted the oak and assumed it a chardonnay. I was surprised to see it was a something I hadn't tried before. I found it fruity and refreshing. Complex? No. I love a good value and I would put this in that category.
