Color: Golden yellow

Nose: A little bit of yeastiness, but acidity and refreshing apple and pear come out more.

Palate: Same as nose, but with a little more creaminess. Decently small bead and good mouthfeel, but not quite the style that I enjoy the most right now. Very well-done New World Sparkler (not surprising, as owned like most Napa sparklers, by a Champagne house, in this case Taittinger). I like a creamier yeastier bubbly, however. Still, quite good and with some citrus.
