The price is actually 20 euros (at the winery), which the program did not allow to display. If available in the US, it might cost about $60-75 retail. (I'm guessing.) I believe that it will become available here in the next year or so. It is classified as a supertuscan by some, which is due more to its IGT status than some obnoxious overly-fruited, too oaky concoction.
I first tasted this wine at a tasting in NYC last January and visited the winery in August 2006. I have written of it several times on mondosapore.com, always with great praise for the wine itself and for the obvious talent of the winemaker, Paolo Caciorgna, and the agronomist, Lorenzo Bernini.
