Variety: Shiraz, Pinotage, Cinsaut, Mourvedre, Grenache, Merlot, Carignan
This wine is a great surprise. The complex blend of grapes makes for an interesting combination of many red wine flavors. The wine is a very beautiful deep ruby red, and goes down very smoothly. Top flavors are red fruits like black cherry and currant balanced by light spice. I can't wait to try this winery's other vintages and varietals.
