a nice sparkling wine to substitute for champagne. A pleasing drink with no aftertaste.

Color: Light yellow, medium bead.

Nose: Green apple and tropical fruit flavors.

Palate: Grapefruit and tropical fruit, with a medium to larger bead and feel. Finishes with more of a Granny apple and a very crisp acidity.
