Kim and I just shared another bottle of this wine with some risotto that Kim made. The Rayon d'Or was used in the risotto too. It worked out well, best risotto I ever had.

And I must reiterate my 5-star rating on this wine. It is fantastic. I tasted a bit of green apple. The wine is very smooth, and I'm a fan of wines like this that don't beat you over the head with their flavor. It just tastes good.
