This was sweeter and less smooth than I am used too from Penfolds that I have had. Generally really like these wines, first Penfolds I did not really care for. A little like grape jelly and had that "quality" that makes me think of a cheap wine. For $12 and for being a Penfolds variety, I was disappointed.  - 08/16/2008

It's OK, not great. Has that inexplicable generic inexpensive wine taste though noticeable fruitiness. Just not a big fan of a tingy, spicy, metallic, vinegar zing. - 07/23/2008
