Full-bodied with an intriguing near-black color. Earthy currant aroma which was reflected in the flavor but offset by some harsh tannins. Not too much depth but relatively tasty. Wouldn't mind letting a bottle age for a while. - 01/18/2008

Medium-full-bodied with aromas of dark cherry (like the label says). Rough and tannic with a bit of fruitiness showing through. Slightly spicy, dryish finish. Somewhat drinkable. - 01/18/2008
