I also was not impressed. Currently residing in Spain, I have just begun to sample the wines made from tempranillo grapes (Toros and Riberas del Duero). No intensity, no smoothness, no discernable fruit whatsoever. Just chalky and flat. Perhaps a bit of a pepper finish, but I will be looking elsewhere. I hear that the 2002 Valdubon is good, but much more expensive. - 09/30/2007
