Jun. 14, 2007	Holly's Blend 2005 Holly's Blend 2005 Region: Southeastern Australia > Winery: Marquis Phillips Variety: Verdelho High acidity and high alcohol (14.5%) rather prevent from getting a lot of secondary flavors (some grassy hints?), so this is not a terribly interesting wine. The serving temperature is 16C; at anything lower than that, it is just biting; at anything greater than that, it is just too strong in evaporating alcohol content.
