A wine made in Old World tradition of making the wine to match the local cuisine and environment. This soft wine gives the notes of sand and stone from sea (without the salt of course) and hints of honey. - 06/18/2007

High acidity and high alcohol (14.5%) rather prevent from getting a lot of secondary flavors (some grassy hints?), so this is not a terribly interesting wine. The serving temperature is 16C; at anything lower than that, it is just biting; at anything greater than that, it is just too strong in evaporating alcohol content. I am not a dry white lover, though, so I may not be able to fully appreciate it. |
