Massive black fruits. Stewed black pepper. River stones. Cedar. Confectionery. Wonderful. T/ Surprisingly clean and crisp given the nose. Medium mouthfeel. Mellow, but full, spices. Pepper soaked plums and black fruits. Chocolate and coffee. Massive minerality for a Syrah. Elegant structure and balance. Wonderful wine crafting. Night two notes Nose remained superb and the Graham crackers became even more pronounced, with some sawdust and cut wood as well. Taste and mouthfeel lost some angularity and structure, but still very drinkable. Fruits remain massive and ripe. Tobacco flavors increased nicely.
