There’s nothing more British than the ubiquitous Sunday Lunch, the classic roast beef. Yorkshire Pudding, a variety of vegetables and all topped off with rich luscious gravy. However, what to drink with it is a matter of taste, budget and where you’re eating. Recently, my family and I decided to take a break from the stove and head out to that other British institution, the pub.

Another year older and another year wiser…To celebrate my Birthday I thought I would just share the wine that I’m drinking as I type this post - how sad is that…oh well just a short post anyway…… The wine that is being drunk at the moment is Four Crossings , a fabulous wine, take a look at my short review on my winelog at the link above. To go with the wine I’m flying in the face of the recommendations from the vineyard and enjoying this with a lovely Rissotto Dish. So bye for now, time to enjoy the rest of the evening …..
For those of you who would rather make your own wine rather than go down to the local vineyard or supermarket, I noticed a very interesting gadget while perusing this month issue of Wired Magazine (pg 106, November 2006).
