Wedding PicIt has been official since Cinco de Mayo. But now that we’re starting to get pictures back from our photographers, the fact that Kim and I are actually married is slightly more real. That night was a blur (due to the excitement, not the wine), and it’s great to have these photos to look back on. I can’t wait until the video gets here!

Being married is great. I love being married. So far it’s not much different than before. I call her “wife” instead of “girlfriend” (never got that “fiance” thing down), though I often call her my girlfriend still. Umm… people act like we’re older, but we’re not really. Teenagers think I’m silly. But other than that, things are mostly the same. Meaning, Kim and I are happier every day and enjoying life like a fat cat with a can of tuna fish.

Vator.tv, who we met at Wine 2.0, thought our married status was a neat angle for the pitch we recorded for them and might help us win one of their startup competitions. (warning: fast talking and lots of hand waving in that video.) I think we could have been “pitchier” in the video. Anyway, Vator seems pretty cool. Check them out if you are interested in startup stuff.

For those interested, we had two great photographers at our wedding. Thanks to Missy Sowden of Bella Pictures and Kelly Borst. Together, they got snapshots of every important moment of the day, including a lot of good looking food I never got to eat. Both of their work is really superb, and I couldn’t have asked for more.
